US stock futures point to a higher open from 05:00 ET. European equity markets up. Asian markets were mostly weaker with Japan and ASX slightly higher, but Mainland China and Kospi were trading lower. In central bank news, the SNB left its key policy parameters unchanged; while Norges Bank is expected to raise rates.
