US stock futures are pointing to a lower open at 05:00 ET. European stock markets are down, mainly following rising Asian markets. Markets all but ruled out a 50bp Fed rate hike following Fed Chairman Powell’s testimony in the House. Reports suggest that Russian troops may have taken control of a first major Ukrainian city. The macro focus is on the services PMIs today.
